£50,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Are you a highly skilled and driven professional in the Facilities Services or Engineering industry, ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to lead a team of technicians and drive exceptional service delivery across a key contract portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead & inspire a team of technicians, ensuring top-tier service performance.
  • Take full ownership of contract service delivery, meeting and exceeding KPI/SLA targets.
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Oversee technical operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Utilize CAFM systems to track and optimize maintenance workflows.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 OR equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Lead Engineer/Supervisor in Facilities or Engineering.
  • Strong experience with PPMs, reactive maintenance, electrical fault-finding & repairs.
  • Excellent customer-facing and leadership skills.
