Roofing Contracts Manager

£60,000-£70,000 plus package (dependant on experience) plus car allowance

Location: London

My client is currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. Due to recent contract wins, they have created a new roofing division within their construction business.

Within this position, you will be responsible for the delivery of various roofing schemes being carried out to housing, commercial property, and listed/public buildings.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

1. Creating programmes for each project
2. Building a strong rapport with your client
3. Managing site teams and projects
4. Managing health and safety
5. Liaising with the client

Please demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, as well as a methodical approach to contract management during the interview. Work will be delivered all over London, with the office based in Wembley.

My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
