Contracts Manager - Up to £70,000 + Benefits

Location: North London

Our client is a leading supplier of architectural metalwork across the UK, specialising in high-rise residential balcony packages. The majority of our projects are within the M25 area, with contract values ranging from £50K to over £8M. Our work includes a variety of materials such as glass, timber, and steel.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork within the construction industry (minimum of 5 years' experience). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively manage all aspects of multiple contracts from initiation to completion while maintaining cost efficiency.
2. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. CSCS and SMSTS certification.
2. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
3. Ability to manage projects nationwide while being based out of the Sheffield office.
