Contracts Manager

Location: Northamptonshire

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 (Car Allowance + Discretional Bonus + Benefits)

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with an established Tier 2 Infrastructure contractor that is growing within their operational department and looking for a Contracts Manager. Within this position, the Contracts Manager will assist in organizing projects, ensuring safety and budget requirements are met to standard.

Contract Manager Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of site management on your sites, regularly visiting to inspect, offer support and adherence to agreed program/ quality and building regulations.
  2. Liaise with client's staff to provide effective delivery of projects and develop long-lasting relationships.
  3. Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety and standards of work.
  4. Monitor safety, liaising with others (Directors / SHE team, site staff as required).

Contract Manager Essential Requirements:
  1. HNC or Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering, construction management or project management (Desirable).
  2. Resource Programme planning.
  3. Tender Review.
  4. Ability to review monthly Cost Value reports.
  5. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  6. Clean driving licence.
