Job description

This exciting six month contract role is crucial to first-class service delivery in onboarding, regulatory reporting, screening, reviews and risk management, assisting with FATCA/CRS and control framework to test procedure, oversight of client and banking related data, refinement of processes, collaborating with stakeholders and providing cover for other team managers; maintaining knowledgebase for tax and regulatory reporting processes; maintenance of client and register data and delivery of data projects; support tax compliance reviews; keeping tax procedures updated; managing clients’ corporate Jersey Tax Returns; assisting with compliance with Economic Substance and foreign tax reporting and client records; data input/amendment for banking information; support team and conduct appraisals, ensuring targets and KPIs met; assisting with systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
A good academic background, with minimum Table 4 qualification such as ICSA/STEP Diploma/Accountancy, is essential, along with at least 6 years relevant experience in administration/compliance/client operations/similar; excellent understanding of client financial statements; knowledge of AEOI (FATCA/CRS) requirements, completion of Trust and Corporate Jersey Tax Returns and local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements; experience developing and coaching others and of data control/management processes and systems; strong time management, MS Office, organisational and communication skills; good team player; flexible; able to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines, with high attention to detail; methodical; client service oriented.
