This is an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity with the prospect of extension.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years' experience designing and delivering new customer support operating models and processes for SaaS solutions. It is critical that you have a proven track record gathering requirements and user stories for teams of software developers and having been involved in reviewing, testing and documenting the new processes and workflows built as a result.
Key Responsibilities:
Document current and future state operating model for the customer support processes.
Document user stories and testing acceptance criteria for all customer support processes.
Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure alignment in the development and testing of all customer support functionality.
Produce training guides for customer support team.
