As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Developing project plans and timelines, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments
Developing process enhancement strategies, leading business improvement and change programmes linked to the business strategy
Assessment and delivery of operational efficiency and productivity opportunities
Challenging current thinking and implementing new approaches, practices, or policies
Establishing norms and standards of company performance (KPIs / Business Metrics)

Key attributes required:

Several years of experience leading end-to-end operational improvement projects, including change management, system implementations, process streamlining and resource management
Demonstrated proficiency and passion for lean methodology, tools, and end to end value stream improvement
PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an eye for process optimization
The ability to collaborate across departments, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
