We are now recruiting for the exciting role of The Continuous Improvement Engineer.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will work within the Value Chain Production System team to design, develop and deliver manufacturing and construction methods, capabilities and factory solutions to meet the SMR business needs.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivated engineer with manufacturing and operations experience to join an organisation setting up a new and unique factory.

This role focuses on identifying and eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall operational performance through the application of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.

Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £40,000 - £52,500 DOE plus:
  1. Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
  2. Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
  3. Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
  4. Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
  5. Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
  6. Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
  7. £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
