Exciting times here at Adler & Allan, we are looking for two Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineers to support our ambitious growth plans!

We can offer you a real variation in workload, operating across all the sites and teams. It's the chance for you to make an impact and be responsible for analysing current processes & data and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste and enhance service quality.

This role will operate closely with the group central functions and other divisions to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent ways of working & reporting, maximising efficiency and value.

We can see this role being homebased, hybrid working with travel and overnight stays on our sites for 2/3 days per week.

More about the role:
  1. Develop and implement continuous improvement & integration initiatives
  2. Conduct root cause analysis & implement corrective actions
  3. Utilise lean, six sigma or other methodologies to drive efficiency & quality
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings & recommendations
  5. Analyse & report with data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  6. Standardise and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs
  7. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes
  8. Co-operate with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-functional initiatives
  9. Monitor operational performance against targets and take actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
More about you:

We can see this role suiting someone with a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business or something similar, as long as you have a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and practices alongside strong operational outlook & proficiency in data analysis and reporting you will be a success!

One of your fortes will be excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders with proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
