An established industry player is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to enhance business change processes. This Continuous Improvement Analyst will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and will work within Capital Programme and Procurement based in our any our regional offices in the Eastern, London or Southern regions such as Bury St Edmunds, London, Maidstone, Crawley, Borehamwood. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary dependant on location with London being £38,892, Southern £34,891, Eastern £31,426 and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

Job Purpose
As the Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst you will work with the Continuous Improvement Manager to support the initiatives coordinated by a newly formed team with a broad remit to improve the way that UK Power Networks delivers business change, both internal and in the way it interacts with the supply chain.
The CI Analyst will support a programme of projects by delivering reports to a variety of stakeholders and tracking project progress and assisting with the delivery of project outputs where required.
You will collaborate with the Procurement Reporting Analyst to gather data on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives and present this in clear, meaningful reports.

Nature and Scope
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Analyst will help guide multiple strategic improvement programs across Capital Programme and Procurement, including our corporate ESG commitments.
We are looking for a person who can derive insights from company data. You must also be flexible enough to work on improvement strategies or change projects as they arise across a variety of subject areas. As such, you will be comfortable learning about diverse areas of the business and dealing with multiple people.
A background in change management, transformation or continuous improvement projects will be an advantage as the CI Analyst will identify new opportunities for process improvement and work on initiatives proposed by other stakeholders. You will be comfortable compiling business cases to support change initiatives and be confident in presenting proposals to senior management and will also be called on to explain change to a wide group of users and provide training to end users where new processes are introduced.
