Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Continuous Improvement Analyst to lead and execute key initiatives that enhance efficiency, financial performance, and operational effectiveness across the company. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a solid foundation in finance and accounting, and the ability to develop and execute project plans that drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, performance metrics, SaaS KPIs and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop financial models and dashboards to track progress and measure impact.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Project Management & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies with the help of functional leadership and executives.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Finance & Accounting Collaboration and Integration

  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure improvement initiatives align with financial goals.
  • Analyse cost structures and operational expenditures to drive cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls during project execution.
Process Improvement & Change Management

  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and implement solutions to optimise performance.
  • Standardise and document best practices to ensure sustainability of improvements.
  • Drive adoption of process changes through effective stakeholder communication and training.
Knowledge And Experience Required

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, CFA) is a plus.

Experience:

3-7 years of experience in a business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or process improvement role. Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company and/or Continuous Improvement (CI) is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
