Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - South East London

Salary: £46,000-£50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Shift Pattern: Continental
Start Date: May

We're looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-rounded role offering great benefits and a solid salary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of pumps, motors, and fans
2. Reactive VAV ring changes and motor replacements
3. Fault-finding and mechanical repairs across a large commercial site

Requirements:

1. Plumbing or Mechanical qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
2. Strong commercial maintenance experience in the UK
3. Confident working in a fast-paced environment with varied equipment
