Contentious Probate Solicitor (Hybrid Working - 2 office days per week)
Up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits
Bristol, or Stratford-Upon-Avon

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of disputes and litigation relating to estates. You'll also have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on larger cases and engage in property litigation matters. With a growing probate team, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding career.

What you'll do:

  1. Manage a caseload of disputes and litigation related to estates
  2. Provide support on larger cases and work collaboratively with senior members of the team
  3. Engage with clients primarily via phone and email
  4. Ensure cases are accurately updated with correct information
  5. Provide technical support to colleagues as required
  6. Drive your own development with ongoing support from the team

This role would suit people who have:

  1. Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX-qualified, or nearing the end of your training contract
  2. Some experience in contentious probate or significant experience in probate law
  3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a caseload
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  5. A client-focused approach, always putting the client's interests first
