Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – BRISTOL

This firm isranked in the Legal 500, with offices across the Southwest with itsdispute resolution team assisting businesses and individuals in a variety of cases.

The firm is actively seeking either a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the disputes team to focus on contentious probate and trusts.

What will you need?

• At least 2 PQE in litigation
• Contentious probate/trusts experience is ideal, but not essential.
• If you have a general dispute resolution background and wish to specialise in contentious probate, you are encouraged to apply!

What will you do?

• Manage a high-quality contentious probate/trust caseload
• Advise on a high-value and high-profile contentious trusts/probate matter
• Work closely with trainees and receive full secretarial support
