We are working with an award-winning firm who are seeking a Contentious Probate Paralegal to join their thriving Litigation department, based in Preston. As a Contentious Probate Paralegal, you will:

1. Act as a key point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
2. Manage diaries and inboxes, schedule appointments and track deadlines.
3. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, trial bundles and court forms.
4. Support fee earners with daily case management tasks and reminders.
5. Handle client billing processes and maintain accurate records.
6. Collaborate with the PA team and step in to assist on fee-earning work when needed.

The ideal candidate:

1. Previous experience in Contentious Probate, Private Client or Commercial Litigation.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. The ability to stay organised and work efficiently under pressure.
4. A proactive, adaptable attitude with a genuine desire to contribute to a team.
