Job title: Contentious Private Client Solicitor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £47-£55k - depending on experience
PQE Level: NQ-2
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

My client is an established Legal 500 firm who are seeking to grow their highly regarded contested wills and probate team. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of their loyal client base of predominantly high-net-worth clients, the successful candidate will be assisting the senior members of the team on complex matters alongside developing their own clients and caseload.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Tackling a range of work such as contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes, claims regarding estates and trustees and more.
  2. Assisting senior members of the team on high-value matters, this can often include cross border elements.
  3. Involvement in business development and significant client engagement.
