Job title: Contentious Private Client Solicitor
Location: Fareham
Salary: £55k-£70k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 4+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a leading regional firm with a tight knit and well-regarded private client team. Due to increased instructions from clients, the team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the firm's contentious private client department. In this role, you will handle complex disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, and probate. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving conflicts for high-net-worth individuals and families, providing clear, strategic advice with empathy and discretion.

Any experience of leading a small team or the interest in doing so is also highly desirable.
