We are looking for a passionate and innovative Content Strategist.

As a Content Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute compelling content strategies that engage and retain customers while driving brand awareness and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Social, Client Success, and Design, to deliver an exceptional customer experience through engaging written and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute content strategies that align with the company’s business goals and customer needs, focusing on building brand loyalty, engagement, and increasing lifetime value.
  2. Produce and oversee high-quality content that resonates with our members, from product descriptions and articles to email campaigns and social media content. You’ll write with a passion for storytelling, while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
  3. Manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of content across all channels, with a focus on the customer journey and key touchpoints.
  4. Optimize content for search engines and user experience, leveraging SEO best practices. Monitor performance and engagement metrics to continually refine and enhance content strategies.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to create cohesive content that supports product launches, newsletters, and member education initiatives.
  6. Develop content that encourages interaction and community-building, such as user-generated content, social media engagement, and educational resources.
  7. Stay on top of social trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry shifts and member expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on clear, concise, and compelling storytelling that engages customers across all touchpoints.
  2. Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention for a direct-to-consumer brand.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques to ensure content ranks well and resonates with target audiences.
  4. Ability to analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  5. A keen eye for creative content ideas and a passion for staying ahead of content trends and member retention behavior.
  6. Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and lead content initiatives across departments.
  7. 3-5 years of experience working with DTC brands or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of building customer-centric content strategies for e-commerce or consumer brands.
  3. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
  5. Alternative proficiency in Spanish or French or German is a plus!
