How You'll Help Us Grow...

Working with the Head of Marketing and editorial/community content teams, you will lead the development of our content marketing and social media plans that create brand awareness and engagement with individual customers and our senior leaders in marketing, learning, and development.

You’ll use the great content produced across the editorial and research teams to build your content campaigns across all channels, with a special focus on social media and reinvigorating our email marketing activity.

You’ll love to learn about different types of content needed through the customer journey, the changes in social channels, and how you can use them to engage and build loyalty with our marketing, learning, and development audience.

You’ll build strong connections with editorial teams and know what the top stories and interest areas are, using this knowledge to engage with our individual and senior leader audiences through different types of content via email, paid campaigns, and social media channels. You’ll also work closely with your marketing colleagues to align social media messages with core brand values and messages via other channels.

You’ll know what works and what doesn’t and share this with marketing and editorial teams regularly to improve our content marketing and social media performance.

You’ll build an always-on brand presence, creating communications and content that resonate and can track engagement through to new business opportunities that support our new business pipeline.

To ensure success, you will be supported by a broader network of people from the brand marketing teams through to our data, digital, and automation teams, and partners.
