You will be working within the global Content Operation department as part of a dynamic team managing service governance, helping to maintain operating models and workflows across our global and local estate.
As the main day-to-day point of contact for production services and tools, you will work with all Operations teams in supporting the end-to-end broadcast process, from concept and planning through to delivery.
Working closely with suppliers, you will provide strong governance, ensuring that services are within contractual SLAs and that any service improvements or developments are delivered to meet business needs and within budget.
You will champion services to Production stakeholders and their content plans to seek out opportunities and efficiencies, focusing on DAZN's continued growth as a business and delivering the best possible output for its customers.
