About the Role

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing, implementing, and managing all content marketing across our website, social media platforms, and YouTube channel. You will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to analyse performance metrics to refine content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  1. Produce high-quality content for the company website, including blog posts, landing pages, and other web copy.
  2. Create a content calendar that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures a consistent posting schedule.
  3. Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories for all platforms.
  4. Manage the production of YouTube videos, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, sales, customer support) to ensure alignment of content with company initiatives.
  6. Assist Brand Manager by inputting into content marketing strategy.

SEO and Performance Optimisation:

  1. Implement SEO best practices across all content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  2. Monitor website analytics and use data to optimise content performance and user experience.
  3. Track and report on key performance metrics across all platforms, making recommendations to the Brand Manager and Growth Manager for adjusting strategies as needed.


YouTube Channel Management:

  1. Collaborate with the Social Media and Community Engagement Specialist to grow the YouTube channel and ensure high-quality, impactful videos.
  2. Analyse video performance metrics to improve video content and channel growth.
  3. Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure the content aligns with the overall marketing campaign.
  4. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed.
About You
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  3. Proven track record of creating and managing content across websites, social media platforms, and YouTube.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and video production.
  5. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise content.
  7. Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and video editing software.
  8. Purpose-driven creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  9. Strong organisational and project management skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year depending on skills and experience.
