Community / Digital Marketing Manager
£45,000 – £52,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the superstar behind our growth engine, crafting magic through LinkedIn, Instagram, and snazzy weekly newsletters. If you’ve got a knack for transforming cold emails into hot leads, you might be our perfect fit!

Your Mission:

1. Lead Whisperer: Create and deploy ingenious strategies to reel in top-notch leads via LinkedIn and email.
2. Social Media Guru: Rule our LinkedIn and Instagram realms with engaging and consistent content.
3. Newsletter Ninja: Design and send out a weekly newsletter that keeps our subscribers hooked.
4. Cold Email Conjurer: Mastermind targeted cold email campaigns that turn prospects into valuable leads.
5. Content Collaborator: Partner with our managing partner to craft captivating content for our social media and newsletters.
6. Data Detective: Keep a sharp eye on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and reports to senior management.
7. Team Player Extraordinaire: Sync up with our sales squad to ensure our marketing mojo aligns with sales goals.

Your Success Metrics:

1. Volume and quality of leads generated
2. Engagement levels on LinkedIn and Instagram
3. Newsletter open and click-through rates
4. Cold email campaign success
5. Lead-to-client conversion rates

Your Skill Set:

1. Proven marketing experience with a lead-gen focus
2. A track record of creating gold from cold email sequences
