Base Salary: 35-40K

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact content strategies that drive lead nurturing, brand authority, and product engagement, while also helping to coordinate team workflows and ensure project success.

Valutico is a B2B FinTech company providing an advanced valuation platform that empowers financial services providers and valuation practitioners with data-driven tools for more efficient analyses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the company’s content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and lead nurturing priorities
  2. Create, edit, and optimise high-quality content across formats (e.g. videos, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email sequences, social media, and webinars)
  3. Proficiency in video editing, basic graphic design skills, understanding of different video formats and their best uses, alongside strong story-telling ability
  4. Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to turn technical insights into engaging content for financial professionals
  5. Build and manage editorial calendars and coordinate cross-functional content campaigns
  6. Create and manage nurture campaigns with compelling copy, from download to demo
  7. Support the planning and promotion of webinars and other lead-generation events
  8. Help coordinate marketing team workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  9. Analyse content performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and optimise future campaigns
  10. Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints
Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of experience in content marketing
  2. A highly motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  3. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of engaging content
  4. Advanced expertise in crafting polished, professional video content
  5. Strong understanding of lead nurturing and conversion through content
  6. Proven ability to plan and execute content campaigns that generate and move leads through the funnel
  7. Excellent project coordination and communication skills
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Experience with CRM tools and email automation for nurturing campaigns
  10. Experience supporting webinars and turning events into multi-use content assets
