We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to lead the storytelling across all Arcade brands. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and executing marketing strategies—bringing each concept to life through standout content and compelling campaigns. From bold social media to captivating copy, you’ll craft and manage content that connects with our audience and reflects the distinct identity of every brand under the Arcade umbrella.

About the Role:
Arcade is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and management of content across our portfolio of food and drink brands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring campaigns to life through engaging copy, social media, photography, video, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple brands
  • Write and edit content for websites, email, social media, and print
  • Oversee content production, including shoots and freelancer management
  • Track and report on content performance and engagement
  • Engage with audiences across platforms through community management
  • Coordinate printed marketing collateral across venues
  • Support campaign planning and execution
  • Conduct competitor research and stay up to date on trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years in content marketing or a similar role
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and content tools
  • Confident managing projects from concept to delivery
  • Highly organised, creative, and collaborative
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and culture
