Job description

Ellipsis is a world-class SEO Content agency. SEO is winner-takes-all, and we make our clients the winners. We produce SEO Content that achieves top rankings for clients at scale.

Ellipsis is a modern, fully remote team and business, operating in a fast-paced, supportive, and ambitious environment.

As one of our Content Managers, you'll manage client partnerships, ensuring we produce great SEO Content that's delivered on time and gets results. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients throughout the Content Growth process, responsible for managing their content and keeping them satisfied.

We are on a mission to be the best in the world at SEO Content. Your role as our new Content Manager is central to the content production.

We're a 100% remote team, fully remote since our inception 6 years ago. We balance collaboration, 'Deep Work', and regular team retreats, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.

Our SEO Content work is branded as Content Growth, with clients engaging us to produce a set number of posts each month based on an SEO Content strategy focused on delivering impressive results.

With Content Growth, we manage everything end-to-end: high-level SEO strategy, keyword selection (powered by our proprietary FALCON AI), content briefs, production, publication, promotion, link building, rank tracking, and troubleshooting SEO queries. Our Content team leads these projects while our SEO team handles the SEO requirements.

Ellipsis is growing quickly. We do outstanding work and are building something special. It's an exciting time to join us.

As our new Content Manager, you'll work closely with our Head of Content, in-house writers, and SEO strategists to deliver world-class, SEO-driven content marketing that drives value for our clients.

You'll be a key part of the Content team, managing your own portfolio of clients. There's ample opportunity for growth within this position, and we'll support rapid progress for your skills and career.

This position can be broken down as follows:

  • 60% client account, process, and project management
  • 40% proofreading, copy editing, and writing outlines

You'll be responsible for content production from start to finish, including building relationships with clients and obtaining their feedback regularly.

You need to love working with (and improving) internal processes and pay meticulous attention to detail. This means being proactive with feedback, loving a challenge, and striving for excellence!
