A unique opportunity awaits you to join a bold and mission-driven fitness brand as Content Manager. Working at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital engagement, and creative production, this role is perfect for a hands-on content specialist passionate about wellness, community, and culture. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees and connects with the brand—translating the energy of their gyms, their coaches, and their members into compelling digital experiences.

The Role:

● Salary: £40,000

● Working Hours: 40 hours (3 on site, 2 at home)

● Prior content creation experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.

The Role...

1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Capture authentic moments from across the brand's community—highlighting transformations, culture, and everyday life inside the gym.
  • Lead production across all core content formats: photography, short-form video, motion graphics, podcasts, and design assets.
  • Adapt creative to suit platform-specific needs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcast, and email channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and brand purpose.

2. Content Planning & Publishing

  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal moments.
  • Attend weekly marketing planning sessions to propose ideas, evaluate content performance, and schedule upcoming content.
  • Ensure timely execution of posts, stories, and videos across channels—with attention to consistency and quality.
  • Spend at least one day per week in-gym to stay connected to team culture and capture real-time, authentic content.

3. Strategic Brand Development

  • Actively contribute to the brand's evolving Three Ms strategy:
    • Market – Understand our core audience and emerging trends.
    • Message – Develop tone, storytelling, and content themes that reflect our values.
    • Media – Maximise the potential of each digital platform.
  • Provide creative input into wider brand campaigns, collaborations, activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay up to date on cultural trends, emerging formats, and platform updates to keep Foundry content fresh and relevant.

4. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Respond to social media comments, DMs, and enquiries using the brand's tone and ethos.
  • Support relationship building with brand-aligned influencers, ambassadors, and partners.
  • Help foster a genuine, values-led online community—not just follower growth.
  • Engage actively across platforms to build trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referrals.

5. Content Performance & Insights

  • Track and analyse key content metrics across platforms.
  • Share insights and recommendations in weekly and monthly marketing meetings.
  • Assist in the development of reports that tie content performance to broader marketing KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor content trends and share key learnings with the wider team.

Success Metrics

  • Consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content across all key platforms
  • Tangible growth in social media engagement, follower count, and brand reach
  • Strong alignment between content activity and overarching marketing and sales objectives
  • A well-defined and distinctive digital brand voice within the premium fitness space
  • Collaborative working relationships with internal teams, creative agencies, and strategic partners

The Person...

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, ideally within the wellness or fitness space
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing photography, video, or design
  • Proficient across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Comfortable using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice
  • Highly organised, with experience managing content calendars and deadlines
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a natural team collaborator
  • Passionate about fitness, coaching, and creating meaningful community-driven content
