Are you a creative strategist who knows how to turn content and influencer partnerships into real, measurable results?

We’re looking for a Content & Influencer Marketing Manager who’s not only passionate about social media and creator culture but also knows how to turn that passion into sales and community growth. If you’re proactive, data-driven, commercially minded, and confident leading influencer marketing campaigns that deliver clear ROI — this role is for you.

Our client is a market leader in premium nail products, with an engaged audience and ambitious growth plans. You will play a key role in shaping how influencers promote the brand, ensuring content and partnerships are strategic, engaging and revenue-generating.

  2. Strategic & Results-Driven — You take ownership, set your own KPIs, and are motivated by hitting measurable goals.
  3. Self-Motivated — You develop your own ideas and take ownership to deliver projects on time and with enthusiasm.
  4. Influencer Marketing Expertise — Experience working with influencers, understanding content performance and building partnerships.
  5. Content Marketing Knowledge — You know what makes content engaging, shareable and profitable.
  6. Data-Driven Mindset — Strong ability to analyse results and report performance insights to leadership.
  7. Creative & Social Media Savvy — Passion for beauty, nail trends and social media marketing.
  8. Organised & Proactive — Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep influencers engaged and accountable.
  9. Trend Reactive — Quick thinking and able to pivot strategies to maximise opportunities.
  10. Proficient in Excel — Comfortable managing data, campaign performance reports and ROI / analytics calculations.

Desirable but not essential:

  1. A relevant degree or other qualification in a relevant subject.
  2. Shopify & Affiliate Marketing Experience.
  3. E-commerce experience.
  4. Social media advertising and “shop” management experience.
  5. Experience in the beauty industry.

What the role involves:

  1. Manage & Grow Influencer Program — Build and expand our influencer programme into a profitable part of the business, setting clear performance targets.
  2. Develop Influencer Partnerships — Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring they create high-quality, revenue-generating content.
  3. Performance Tracking — Use data and analytics to monitor campaign success, report on sales impact, and constantly optimise for results.
  4. Content Strategy & Creation — Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure content is aligned with brand strategy, objectives and sales initiatives.
  5. Create exciting, relevant content in line with the brand.
  6. Campaign development, feeding back to management about trends, jumping on viral trends immediately to maximise results.
  7. Product Gifting & Campaigns — Manage influencer gifting, campaign briefs and ensure timely content delivery.
  8. Community & Brand Building — Develop an engaged network of influencers who love the brand and become long-term ambassadors.
  9. Social Media & Trendspotting — Stay ahead of social media trends and viral content opportunities to keep the company relevant and exciting.

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.

Hours: Working full time, 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility. Some out of hours work might be needed for product launches or events.
