Our client is a market leader in premium nail products, with an engaged audience and ambitious growth plans. You will play a key role in shaping how influencers promote the brand, ensuring content and partnerships are strategic, engaging and revenue-generating.

- Influencer Marketing Expertise — Experience working with influencers, understanding content performance and building partnerships.

- Data-Driven Mindset — Strong ability to analyse results and report performance insights to leadership.
- Creative & Social Media Savvy — Passion for beauty, nail trends and social media marketing.
- Organised & Proactive — Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep influencers engaged and accountable.
- Trend Reactive — Quick thinking and able to pivot strategies to maximise opportunities.
- Proficient in Excel — Comfortable managing data, campaign performance reports and ROI / analytics calculations.
Desirable but not essential:
- A relevant degree or other qualification in a relevant subject.
- Shopify & Affiliate Marketing Experience.
- E-commerce experience.
- Social media advertising and “shop” management experience.
- Experience in the beauty industry.
What the role involves:
- Manage & Grow Influencer Program — Build and expand our influencer programme into a profitable part of the business, setting clear performance targets.
- Develop Influencer Partnerships — Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring they create high-quality, revenue-generating content.
- Performance Tracking — Use data and analytics to monitor campaign success, report on sales impact, and constantly optimise for results.
- Content Strategy & Creation — Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure content is aligned with brand strategy, objectives and sales initiatives.
- Create exciting, relevant content in line with the brand.
- Campaign development, feeding back to management about trends, jumping on viral trends immediately to maximise results.
- Product Gifting & Campaigns — Manage influencer gifting, campaign briefs and ensure timely content delivery.
- Community & Brand Building — Develop an engaged network of influencers who love the brand and become long-term ambassadors.
- Social Media & Trendspotting — Stay ahead of social media trends and viral content opportunities to keep the company relevant and exciting.
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
Hours: Working full time, 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility. Some out of hours work might be needed for product launches or events.
