The Content Editor role is key in supporting the successful delivery of the Content strategy which also supports the Digital and Merchandising strategies.
Working in close collaboration with Category Managers, Suppliers and Merchandisers, the CE will use customer data and competitor benchmarking to drive a competitive commercial advantage through the creation and enhancement of product content. Their product knowledge and content expertise will ensure they create solutions-based content which answers customers' questions, facilitates an effortless customer experience, and provides all the information a customer needs to find, research, and buy with confidence.
