Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy focusing on creative excellence.
• Create, produce, edit, and manage engaging multimedia content across digital platforms.
• Lead end-to-end content production and project management of video shoots.
• Craft compelling and on-brand copywriting to enhance engagement strategies.
• Execute high-volume content creation, providing diverse visual assets weekly.
• Ensure legal compliance and ethical standards across content creation, copyright, and model release processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in planning, creating, and utilizing content for a beauty brand/company.
• Strong photography, styling, and social media management skills across key platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest.
• Confident both behind and in front of the camera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational abilities.
