Content Creator

West End, London

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Content Creator with at least 3-4 years’ experience?

One to One Personnel is excited to partner with a renowned global brand seeking a Content Creator to join their team based in the West End.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of UK-based work experience.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in TikTok management. Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
  2. Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date on the latest social media and e-commerce trends.
  3. Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas.
  4. Developed skills in photography, video editing, or design tools (e.g., Adobe Spark, Capcut or similar).
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proven experience in growth on social channels, ideally TikTok.
  7. 3-4 years’ experience within a creative role or social media strategic/management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Strategy: reporting into senior members to contribute to creative strategies across creative direction to direct social planning.
  2. Use your deep knowledge of social platforms and trends to develop creative video concepts that cherish the brand’s narrative and clear values.
  3. Display a strong creative eye that can be applied to all aspects within the brand and wider departments.
  4. Interpret & challenge briefs from the wider team to bring video ideas to life for creative strategies.
  5. Set the creative standard for the team, ensuring content aligns with brand identities and resonates with the target audience.
  6. Edit 9:16 video content within the Adobe suite as well as mobile-first apps such as Capcut.
  7. Stay abreast of social media trends, challenges, and features on TikTok and concepts into the content plan for the TikTok account.
  8. Take the lead in organising and coordinating short-form video shoots, managing all aspects from preproduction to post-production.
  9. Managing budgets for video productions optimizing resources to achieve high-quality content within financial constraints.
  10. Foster a collaborative environment, supporting and mentoring junior team members in their content creation efforts.
  11. Set the standard for high-quality content, maintaining accountability for individual and team deliverables.
  12. Share ideas and knowledge with the wider marketing team to enhance content.
