About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator to join our team. If you live and breathe the outdoors, have a knack for storytelling, and are passionate about creating engaging content, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing compelling content that showcases our brand, products, and the outdoor lifestyle.

What You'll Do:

1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging content across various formats, including:
1. Photography: Capture stunning visuals of our products in lifestyle photoshoots and detailed product studio photographs.
2. Videography: Capture stunning visuals of our products in action both outdoors and in studio.
2. Social Media Management: Create and schedule content for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), fostering community engagement and growth.
3. Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of our products and the joy of outdoor adventures.
4. Photoshoots: Lead photoshoots from inception to execution, including conceptualization, planning, location scouting, model coordination, on-site direction, and ensuring shoots align with brand guidelines.
5. Outdoor Immersion: Actively participate in outdoor activities relevant to our brand (e.g., hiking, camping) to capture authentic content.
6. Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with marketing goals.
7. Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
8. Brand Representation: Embody our brand values and represent Highlander Group positively in all content and interactions.
9. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest content trends, social media best practices, and outdoor industry developments.

What You'll Bring:

1. Proven Passion for the Outdoors: You are an outdoor enthusiast with genuine experience and knowledge in outdoor activities.
2. Content Creation Expertise: Demonstrable experience in creating high-quality content (photography, videography) for digital platforms. Please provide a portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Photoshoot Management Experience: Experience in planning and leading photoshoots, demonstrating organizational and creative direction skills.
4. Visual Storytelling Skills: Strong ability to capture visually appealing photos and videos that tell a story and evoke emotion.
5. Technical Proficiency: Experience using professional equipment and Adobe suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
6. Excellent Writing & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
7. Social Media Savvy: Good understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
8. Self-Motivation & Organisation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work with marketing and other teams.

Bonus Points:

1. Formal education or certifications in marketing, communications, film, or related fields.
2. Existing online presence within the outdoor community (e.g., blog, social media following).
