Are you a visual storyteller with a knack for filming, editing, and bringing ideas to life?

We have a beautiful community of 800k+ parents on IG and 600k on TikTok , and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can craft content that connects, empowers, and educates parents—helping them feel prepared to protect their little ones.

The Role

As a Content Creator & Creative Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping content that educates, empowers, and resonates with parents. You'll be responsible for leading creative direction, overseeing production, and editing compelling content that aligns with our brand’s values of trust, care, and empowerment.

You'll work full-time at our head office in Pakenham, where we have an on-site studio for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction – Plan, schedule, and lead the creative vision across multiple brands, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and resonates with parents.
• Shooting Content – Collaborate with our CEO to shoot engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring seamless setup and production.
• Video Editing – Use editing software to produce high-quality, impactful videos that grab attention and drive engagement.
• Idea Generation – Brainstorm and develop fresh, creative content ideas that cut through the noise and find new, innovative ways to simplify complex topics for parents.
• Measure & Adapt – Dive into data to assess content performance, track engagement, and refine our strategy for maximum impact. We will teach you how to review and optimise paid ads as a development opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in video content creation, especially for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• A passion for storytelling and a heart for the Tiny Hearts mission of saving lives
• Excellent editing skills with experience in video production (iPhone shooting)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly create content across multiple brands and platforms
• Excited to grow into the world of paid ad creative strategy, with the opportunity for training and mentorship in high-performing ad content
