Job description

MCM is a leading digital agency with over 27 years of experience helping brands connect with the right audiences through tailored, data-driven content. As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will support the Creative Studio team in developing engaging visual and video content across various social platforms. The role focuses on executing innovative ideas aligned with brand strategies, helping drive customer engagement and return on investment for clients.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Assist in creating short-form video and graphic design content for digital campaigns
  • Support the full content production process, from planning and filming to editing and publishing
  • Contribute creative ideas for cross-platform content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Creative Producer and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals
  • Ensure brand consistency and platform optimisation using social media insights and analytics
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Take part in project development and provide creative support across multiple campaigns
  • Implement feedback from team leads to refine content and improve future outputs

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Salary: £17,000 per year
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

  • Fundamental understanding of creative strategy- creation & implementation
  • Knowledge of how to create successful social media content, especially on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Passion for design and innovation
  • Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to take on any task
  • Positive collaborative approach to working with short turnaround times

Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Content Creation, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
