  • Value common sense and simplicity over complexity
  • Make decisions quickly and move nimbly
  • Celebrate diverse ideas
  • Succeed and fail together as a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with the company's target audiences and aligns with our brand identity.
  • Own the development of Nutmeg's monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas whilst maturing the existing strategy.
  • Explore new channels and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across social media channels and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Prepare regular reports on content and social media performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a social media marketing role (exposure to Investment or financial services is desirable).
  • Experience with Sprinklr (or a similar social media management tool) essential, with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads experience preferred.
  • Experience with a Consumer Insights tool such as Kantar's TGI is desired.
  • A passion for exploring the latest social media and digital trends.
  • A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
