Description

As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from members assisting with a variety of enquiries.

The position will be varied and will be supporting with taking details of claims and processing from start to finish ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.

You will be booking doctors appointments and handling a range of queries in relation to the products the member has with the business.

The role will be very fast paced whilst making sure each call is provided the best care and each query is resolved promptly and efficiently.


Profile

  1. Ideally some previous Contact Centre experience; however, the business could be open to candidates that have come from a background of working within the care industry alongside retail and hospitality.
  2. Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  3. An empathetic and caring nature.
  4. A good problem solver.
  5. High level of resilience.
  6. Excellent listening skills.
  7. A good team player.
