Job Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be managing incoming phone calls, assisting with a range of inquiries, ensuring these are resolved swiftly and promptly for the customer!

You will be ensuring a high level of customer care at all times, working in a busy environment where no day will be the same!

The Successful Applicant

• Previous customer service experience, this could be from a range of backgrounds
• An excellent telephone manner
• Extremely customer-centric
• Able to work at pace in a busy environment
• An excellent team player
