This is a unique opportunity to work as an Analytics Manager for our Consumer Care European Team dedicated to Coca-Cola (30 markets in Europe). We look after the way our partner engages with their customers, through traditional and social media care and support their exciting campaigns.
As an Analytics Manager for the Consumer Care team, you will be analyzing data from 50 full-time employees across 30 different European countries. This is an integral part of the Consumer Care/Consumer service team, enabling constant improvement of Consumer Care Practices while helping the team to reach its targets.
Key Responsibilities as an Analytics & Reporting Manager:
- You will report into the Consumer Care Account Director for Europe, as well as work closely with the Team Leaders & Training Manager.
- You will have expert knowledge on how best to use analytical tools.
- You will use your analysis to propose strong improvement initiatives.
- You will be the expert on Sprinkler and the main contact for any queries.
- You will be responsible for creating Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly Dashboards to present to the senior management team.
- You will also be responsible for reporting on Campaigns & Client Management.
- You will work closely with the Training Manager to share your analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- You will produce accurate analysis on quality monitoring and results.
- You will create long-term plans to automate some reporting to streamline the process.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience as an Analytics Manager; preferably in an FMCG environment and in Consumer Care.
- Strong analytical numeracy skills & the ability to analyze data and provide detailed commercial insights in tailored reports.
- Excellent knowledge of (CRM Salesforce/Nexus) & Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI, SQL.
- Proven experience in finding data-based solutions to create effective change.
- Experience in end-to-end ownership of complex analytics projects (requirements gathering, technical execution, and stakeholder management).
- Experienced in creating multiple reports and dashboards.
- Capability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
- Previous experience in presenting analytical findings and solutions.
- Being a team player and expert collaborator; organized and detail-oriented in your approach to work.
