Why this company?
This company has seen significant growth across their technical department, resulting in the company bringing on 2-3 hires per month! They've been overwhelmed with the amount of business won over the last 12 months (80% defence, 20% central government) and are unable to keep up with the demand for their service, turning down pieces of work. Their business model is quality over quantity, so unless they're able to provide impeccable service, they won't give their time - which has resulted in high retention rates of their clients.
