An established industry player in mental health care is seeking a dedicated consultant psychiatrist to lead clinical initiatives within a supportive multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes home-based care and smooth transitions for patients between inpatient and community services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Join a diverse organization that values employee well-being and offers opportunities for personal growth and special clinical interests. This is a chance to make a significant impact on mental health care in the community.
The Trust is seeking a consultant psychiatrist to join the North Wiltshire Intensive Service. The post is vacant due to the post-holder leaving. The consultant will provide clinical advice and leadership in a number of settings and interactions throughout their working week rather than at designated times only in their weekly timetable. There are weekly case reviews where an MDT approach reviews more complex presentations. This facilitates team discussion and creation of a team formulation. The Service are currently advertising for a Speciality Doctor to support the consultant.
