Overview:

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one of the UK’s leading providers of private neurological, mental health and wellbeing services. This Private Healthcare company takes a fresh approach to providing excellent treatment to their service users, whether they be NHS beds or privately funded patients. This guarantees that the individual is at the centre of all they do and the care they provide.

We are working together to find a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join their specialised neuro rehab in a hybrid role. You will have the exciting opportunity to be a crucial member of the Senior Management Team and play a decision-making role, while managing your caseload and an Assistant Psychologist.

Location:

This neuro service is located in the Bedford area, and is commutable from Leicester, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Ely, Huntingdon, St. Neots, Cambridge, Bury St. Edmunds, Saffron Walden, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, and Northampton, as well as surrounding towns and villages.

Working Pattern:

Ideally full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid). Condensed / Flexible daily hours are welcome. Part Time applicants are also welcome, but the role is for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Interview Process:

A simple two stage process, which includes an introductory virtual meeting with the Hospital and Clinical Directors, followed by a formal interview with the same panel.

Salary and Benefits:

This position pays between £80,000 and £85,000 but can be flexible dependent on experience, and also includes benefits such as:

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration as a Clinical Psychologist
• Experience with neurological settings
