We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team and play a key role in leading the provision of specialist psychological services within the secondary care Community Mental Health teams. This role will focus on the non-psychosis provision and the Personality and Complex Trauma Pathway (PACT), providing expert psychological opinion, supervision, and consultancy to both clients and professionals.
You will be part of the community mental health leadership team and will be working with dynamic multidisciplinary teams across Coventry and Warwickshire, offering clinical leadership, supervision, and ensuring the continuous development of psychological professions staff and the implementation of best practices in psychological care. You will be joining a supportive network of consultant level psychological professionals within our community mental health services. You will receive professional support and line management from the Directorate Lead for Psychological Professions in community mental health, NHS Talking Therapies and Primary Care, and be part of the trust wide consultants group led by the Trust lead for psychological services.
