Description

Superintendent Life Science Project - Andover, MA will be responsible for:

1. Oversee $30M life science project in Andover MA, ensuring all aspects of construction are delivered to the highest standards.
2. Oversee field operations, managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
3. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
5. Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Profile

1. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing life science, healthcare, or higher education projects.
2. Strong ability to independently run projects in the field.
3. Familiarity with managing complex projects up to $30M in value.
4. Experience with Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
5. Background working on high-quality healthcare or life science facilities is highly preferred.
