Job Description

The Construction Solicitor/ Senior Associate will be:

• Managing non-contentious construction matters for high-profile clients.
• Advising on project documentation, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Collaborating with both national and international teams on large-scale projects.
• Providing expert legal guidance to clients within the construction sector.
• Contributing to the firm's business development and client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Solicitor/ Senior Associate should be:

• A Solicitor or equivalent with 2-6 years PQE in construction law. Our client will consider candidates from a contentious construction background or even a commercial contracts/real estate background who can demonstrate a genuine interest in construction work.
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction matters.
• Familiar with UK and international construction law and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
