This is a unique opportunity to join a Top 100 firm in their leading, specialist Construction team. This role will be based out of their Cardiff office, with good flexibility to work at least 2 days remotely every week.

This cutting-edge law firm is looking for a driven and ambitious Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor 5+ years PQE who could come in and hit the ground running.

The Firm

This leading firm is well respected in construction in the South West market. They are a multi-service practice, with Real Estate flavour throughout all the other departments. The firm punches well above their weight and they are competing against Top 50 firms, dealing with high quality work.

The Role

They are looking for a Non-Contentious Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.

This role will sit within a well-known and established team.

You will join a team of highly experienced and commercially minded Lawyers. There is an influx of new work, so they are seeking a new Solicitor to join the team.

You will work closely with industry leading Partners, who can add value to your progression and help you fine tune your skill set.

The caseload will include advising developers, contractors, funders, employers, and consultants on a broad range of construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documents. You will focus mainly on non-contentious construction matters, making for an interesting role.

Requirements:

• You will be a Non-Contentious Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded, and dynamic
• You will deal with high quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
