A well-established and multi-disciplinary professional services group is seeking a Construction Solicitor (3 years’ PQE+) to join their nationally recognised team. With a strong reputation across contentious, non-contentious, Surety, and Building Safety Act matters, the team continues to experience exceptional growth and demand across all areas of its practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to work on high-value, complex, and technical construction disputes and projects. The successful Construction Solicitor will advise clients across the private and public sectors including developers, insurers, contractors, housebuilders and construction companies. Work will include TCC litigation, adjudications, contract negotiations, procurement advice and surety matters such as performance and retention bonds.
The team prides itself on cradle-to-grave involvement and works side-by-side with built environment professionals – giving the Construction Solicitor the chance to gain valuable commercial insight beyond legal advice alone.
The ideal Construction Solicitor will be 3+ years PQE, with experience across a broad spectrum of construction law, ideally including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Exposure to adjudication, litigation or arbitration processes will be beneficial. A working understanding of JCT, NEC or FIDIC contracts is essential.
