Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join a top-tier international firm based in Leeds.
Our client, which is one of the UK's leading law firms, offers an incredibly friendly working environment accompanied by a world-leading reputation, backed up by the countless awards that they have won, including for their innovative delivery in litigation.
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Construction Solicitor at the highest level, advising clients on the full range of construction litigation matters. Clients are high calibre and broad-ranging including public bodies, governments, major multinationals, international corporations, and contractors. Sectors that you will be exposed to include energy, infrastructure, and the traditional built environment.
This position will be ideal for someone who wants to develop as the best possible construction litigator while supporting and developing more junior team members.
In addition, you will have every opportunity to get involved with clients; you won't be hidden away in a back room! They will even support you in getting involved in business development initiatives for the team and the firm. There's no expectation of you generating work, but it would certainly help to position you to do so as you become more senior.
The ideal candidate would have 4+ PQE, and they need someone who can pick up and run with a certain level of work, but they are completely flexible.
This innovative practice prides itself on employee care and offers a flexible, hybrid working pattern with scope for progression moving forward.
