They are offering a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Solicitor (circa 5 PQE) exposure to top quality construction work, whilst working alongside leading partners and dealing with diverse and interesting clientele.

The practice is dynamic, several lawyers write for the national press and industry publications and are ranked as leaders in the field in the legal 500. They have the highest level of experience with lawyers who are at the top of their game. The firm continues to climb the rankings of the Legal 500 and has a significantly increased headcount over recent years. They are a Real Estate focused firm, with several departments which complement this nicely including; Planning, Construction, Corporate and Litigation. With the growth of the department, there is an excellent scope for progression with Partnership being on the cards for the right candidate.

The Role:
You will join a close-knit and high-performing Construction team as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Bristol office. This role will be focused on non-contentious work, while playing a vital role in the team’s long-term growth. This opportunity acts as a springboard for progression, with genuine near-term partnership prospects and the support to become a leading name in the Construction space. Their client base includes developers, banks, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, consultants, and end-users. The team’s expertise embraces all aspects of a construction project, from inception to completion. They have a large contractor, developer and banking client base which requires specialist construction and procurement advice. The construction team works closely with the real estate development and real estate finance teams in order to provide clients with a seamless and joined-up service.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer with 5+ years PQE
• Experience gained across non-contentious construction matters
• Comfortable with business development
