Construction Site Manager - Groundworks

Our client is the principal contractor who specializes in Groundworks, Demolition, and Remediation works.
They are currently looking for a Site Manager experienced in Groundworks & Remediation to join them on a project in Windsor.
Duration: 2 years.
Value: £2.5M

Criteria:

1. Proven Project Manager with experience working on similar projects
2. Management CSCS Card
3. SMSTS & First Aid
4. Strong Health & Safety background and qualifications – desirable
5. Ability to deal with sub-contractors at all levels
6. Strong communication and IT skills
7. Ability to lead by example and drive the workforce
8. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
9. Working references – essential
