Construction Site Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in Bath.

Our client, a 5* national housing developer, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large flagship project.

Temp to Perm contract

Start Monday 25th July

Your new role as Site Manager will involve driving the project both internally and externally, covering all aspects of the build.

Typically, you will be responsible for:

1. Site inductions
2. Health and safety of all contractors
3. Checking risk assessments/method statements
4. Carrying out various safety checks
5. Coordinating works between various subcontractors

You must hold a valid and in-date SMSTS, CSCS, and current first aid certification.
