Construction Site Manager

Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? We have an exciting 12-week contract available in Nottingham!

Role Overview:

As a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee contractors handling structural steel and cladding work packages. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring Health and Safety compliance on-site.
2. Overseeing Quality Assurance (QA).
3. Ensuring all work is completed as per Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
4. Conducting site meetings with clients and contractors, acting as the company representative.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience managing similar work packages.
2. Relevant CSCS card.
3. SMSTS qualification (mandatory).
4. Additional qualifications are advantageous.

Contract Details:

1. Job Type: Full-time, Zero hours contract.
2. Pay: .00 per day.
3. Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
4. Work Location: On-site in Nottingham.
